Information on how to schedule your class range session including what to bring, location, what is provided, and session booking. IMPORTANT: Up to 4 students may be booked in a session

What to Bring
Valid government-issued photo ID required for all range sessions.
Bring your firearm in a case.
MD HQL — 25 rounds MD W&C — 50 rounds DC CCL — 100 rounds
Cash or card accepted at the range on the day of your session.
*If selected need loaner firearm and ammunition at registration you are good. If did not, and need, please request ($50 fee). A waiver will be completed on-site for the loaner firearm and ammunition.
Range Location & Range Information
Range Location: Precision Point located at 4537 Metropolitan Ct, Frederick, MD 21704.
- •Arrive and come in with your Driver's License/ID, Handgun in a case, Ammunition, and $10 and report to the front desk.
- •Advise here to meet an outside instructor, Brian Holder (I300003) for a range session and need to check-in.
- ◦Complete Waiver (Onsite QR Code or can do in advance at precisionpointfrederick.com/contact/ — bottom left of page)
- ◦Make payment to Precision Point
- •Complete Precision Point's range safety briefing.
- •Stop by range side desk and get lane assignment and have ammunition checked.
- •Grab eye protection, ear protection, and B-27 target.
- •Head to range with eye and ear protection on with B-27 target, firearm in case, and ammunition, and find lane assignment number.
- •Place firearm in case and ammunition on range table of assigned lane number.
- •Follow instructions given by instructor and be sure to:
- ◦Strictly follow the range rules and safety commands presented in Precision Point's range safety briefing and by any Range Safety Officer (RSO)
- ◦Always keep the firearm pointed downrange and finger off trigger until safe to shoot and ready to shoot
- ◦Ensure firearm is clear when live-fire qualification is completed and checked as clear by RSO before putting firearm back in case
What Is Provided
Ear muffs and safety glasses provided at no charge.
Standard B-27 silhouette target included with your range session.
