NO FIREARMS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOM PORTION OF CLASSES
All students must be 21 years of age OR within 45 days of their 21st birthday to register and participate in training.
Once a student has registered for a class, there are NO REFUNDS. By registering for any class you agree to this policy. In the event a student cannot attend their registered class for any reason, Gunslinger's Guns may offer one reschedule for a reschedule fee of $50, subject to availability of future class openings. In the unforeseen event Gunslinger's Guns must cancel a class, all registered students will be provided refunds.
Students must provide their own handgun, ammunition, and ear & eye protection for any class involving live range fire UNLESS the student opts to obtain a loaner firearm, ammunition, and ear & eye protection from Gunslinger's Guns at the time of class registration. Students opting for a loaner firearm will execute a loaner firearm agreement at the start of the class.
All students must agree to and remit the Range Fee, which includes class specific range targets for any class involving live range fire.
Students must attend, participate, and meet class objectives to achieve satisfactory completion. For classes conducted virtually online, student cameras must be on at all times. Some classes require skill proficiency in firearms. Gunslinger's Guns makes no guarantee you, as the student will pass the course. Any student that fails a class is not entitled to any refund, free future class, or otherwise.
Gunslinger's Guns classes provide the training required for various state issued firearm permits as described in the class offering. Students will be provided evidence of training needed for obtaining or renewing any state issued firearm permit. You,as the student are responsible for the fees, costs, fingerprinting, applications, photos, and otherwise associated with obtaining or renewing any state issued firearm permit. Gunslinger's Guns may arrange for independent 3rd party vendors and additional service offerings for students to voluntarily engage in, for additional fees, to assist in these student responsibilities in obtaining or renewing any state issued firearm permit.
IMPORTANT
By registering for, attending, and/or participating in any Gunslinger's Guns training or class you, as the student, acknowledge that the reaction to, possession of, and/or use of firearms is potentially dangerous, and involves risk of serious personal injury, death, psychological trauma, and/or other personal and financial liability. By registering, attending, and/or participating in any Gunslinger's Guns training or class you, as the student, voluntarily agree to assume all risk and waive any and all claims of liability for personal injury, death, psychological trauma, and/or other personal or financial loss against Padestate LLC, dba Gunslinger's Guns, its members, officers, agents, shareholders, employees, or other affiliates.
